The Tuscan countryside views were breathtaking, and the mornings began with a delicious breakfast. Francesco and Giane were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. We had a peaceful, memorable stay at Podere la Ciabatta and would highly recommend it.

Francesco is a lovely, helpful host who has lots of information about the surrounding area. The 200-year-old house has plenty of apartments with the option to cook, plus a nice pool and magnificent views. It sits in the beautiful Tuscan hills, with quiet and serenity that might make you want to buy a house here. For a very reasonable price, it had all we could hope for. This is one of those places you fall in love with and can't wait to visit again. Five stars hardly seems enough.

Breakfast is superb, served on a terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills when the weather allows. The hosts, Francesco and Gianna, are great, friendly, and hospitable. The access road can be tricky in a low-suspension car, but their warmth more than makes up for it.

After a few hundred metres on a dusty, bumpy road, you arrive at a house with breathtaking scenery all around. The hosts genuinely care about each guest, and we felt their sincere hospitality throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, served on a wonderful terrace with a tremendous view, Italian songs playing in the background, and kind service from the hosts.

Andrea welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and gave us some excellent travel advice. The room was well equipped and the bed comfortable. We had a lovely time using the pool and enjoying the beautiful view. This was the best hotel I booked during my trip to Italy. Wi-Fi doesn't reach every room, though our smartphone could still get a signal.
