The terrace has one of the best views I’ve ever seen. I spent four lovely days at Roberto’s place, in an elegant, cosy apartment that was extremely clean and had everything I needed. The renovation had been done no more than a year earlier. There were 100 TV channels and very good internet. Roberto was lovely and always available online, replying right away and really helping with all my questions. Elisa, his assistant in Casperia, was also always online and very helpful. I highly recommend the place.

Waking up to the spectacular view of the Sabine Mountains was just as lovely as sleeping in a 14th-century olive oil mill. It made for an enchanting weekend full of calm and well-being. The Porta Romana apartment has been fully and tastefully renovated, with every comfort, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. With a small child, that matters a lot. The furnishings are creative and thoughtfully done down to the details, and the fireplace adds a romantic, magical feel. Roberto, Francesca, and their assistant Elisa were kind throughout. We had an unforgettable week in Porta Romana, a little gem right in the heart of Casperia. It’s set up with every comfort, tastefully furnished with care in every detail, and has a breathtaking view of the Sabine Mountains. For anyone wanting to relax, this is the right place. Aperitifs on the small terrace, looking out at the Sabine Mountains, were a lovely part of staying at Rivellini. The apartment is comfortable and beautiful, inside a stone house in Casperia’s magical medieval village. The old pedestrian-only lanes are quiet and full of charm, and Elisa, Roberto, and Francesca were kind. Definitely worth a stay.
