Park Hotel

It was a pleasure to speak English during our stay in Milan, since we’re from the USA. Federica, who greeted us at the front desk, was very helpful, and the owner, Mr Masuta, welcomed us with a smile and offered assistance. We had a delightful stay.

We were really glad we stayed here. The room and bathroom were both quite spacious and comfortable, and everything we needed was already there before check-in. We also liked the service a lot, and I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Milan.

There were just two bottles of water in the minibar for two people over two days. When we asked for more, the staff refused, saying there was water in our room, though there wasn't, and kept making excuses over something that costs a euro or less. That was on top of a freezing room because the A/C wasn't working. We told the lobby desk, and they kept promising someone would come. After about 30 minutes, a man came in, asked if the A/C was working, and then left without saying anything when I told him it wasn't. Breakfast was horrible too. The hours were limited, including a 6 a.m. start, and there were at most five options. The lobby staff were rude, especially one person who just made excuses. The hotel seems to have three different names: B&B Hotels outside, Park Hotels inside, and Swiss/Indian Hospitality Hotels in the room. I found that suspicious and just hilarious and horrendous. If this place is supposed to be four stars, then four-star hotels in Turkey must be ten stars. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the reception staff were wonderful. Everyone took care of whatever we needed. After a booking at another hotel went wrong and we had to leave, this friendly place was a much needed breath of fresh air. It was a great stay.
