The owner made us feel like part of the family straight away, and the staff were so kind, attentive, and cheerful, checking that we were happy and taking care with every detail. The food was authentic, full of flavor, and carefully made. You can tell the chef puts passion into every course, she's a real master. Ostello del Lago brings together delicious food and old-world hospitality in a fantastic setting. We can't wait to return!

The iron bridge leading to the hostel on foot is quite distinctive. I stopped for a business lunch and paid €15 for the fixed menu, which had just two first courses and two second courses to choose from. The food was good, and the simple restaurant had friendly, attentive staff and home-style cooking.

I have lunch here once a week and have always been very happy with it. The staff are always kind and friendly, and when they have pizza, it's really good.
