The only thing we didn’t like was the street noise. A busker sang and played electric guitar most nights from 9 to 11 pm, and we could hear everything. The adults didn’t mind, but it made it hard for the younger ones to fall asleep. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location in the heart of the city made it easy to walk everywhere. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond, and the property was easy to access. There’s a lift, which is handy with all the stairs. We’d definitely stay again.

Even though it’s right in the middle of the tourist area, it was quiet enough to sleep like at a spa. The room was really comfortable, and the location can’t be beat. I never actually ran into staff, but the hosts and the cleaning lady gave me all the help and guidance I needed, so it worked perfectly. Breakfast is easy to find nearby, and there’s a coffee machine in the common area. I could have a coffee first thing every morning.

I’m from Australia and have so many good things to say about the hotel, especially the concierge and staff. A piece of my expensive shaver fell into the sink drain, so I called for help in the morning. When I got back from my tour of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a plumber had pulled it out of the pipes and left the missing parts on a table for me. Class act. Sorry I didn’t get a chance to thank everyone then. The room was beautiful, and the location was perfect. I’ll be back. April 2023.
