I spent the night shivering because the air conditioning in my room at Forum Palace Hotel didn’t work at all. I told reception, but they showed no interest and did nothing to fix it. Keeping guests comfortable is a basic responsibility, and there was no comfort here. For this price range, that’s completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend choosing somewhere else.

I stayed for 5 days, but the room and bathroom were never cleaned properly or thoroughly. They only looked clean on the surface.

Our team of 18 WW2 archaeologists was studying the Battle Of San Pietro, and this hotel worked brilliantly for our group. Over our 11 night stay, dinner was good and the menu changed each evening. The daily packed lunch also had a very good variety. A couple of rooms had minor issues, but they were sorted out easily. The staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Thanks to Emanuela and everyone else. We’ll stay there on our next trip, it was much better than the significantly more expensive hotel we’d used before.

Easy to reach from the highway, with good parking. The rooms were clean, but everything felt old. The spa wasn’t available because the tub was broken.

The owner runs the hotel, and that really helps it feel like home. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, even assisting me with arranging trekking tours. There are lots of trekking opportunities in the area, and many aren’t advertised well, so ask for local tips. I enjoyed my stay, with a great breakfast, good service, and a great location for a very convenient price. I’m looking forward to coming back with my family.
