There’s a lovely swimming pool and the bathrooms were clean, and the wines were excellent, especially the whites. The people were very kind and ready to help with anything we needed. It’s an agriturismo with a campsite, which is quite rare around here since the other agriturismi seem to have apartments only.

We stayed in a simple but good apartment with really nice owners. There’s a big garden and a good pool, and it’s so quiet, just nature around you. A great spot in a lovely wine area.

The campsite is right among the vineyards and beautifully situated. We parked our motorhome there, found the restrooms spotless, and had nearby wineries and wine tasting within easy reach. You can also buy wine and olive oil on site, both delicious and authentic. There are good restaurants close by, so there’s plenty around without having to drive all the way to Bolgheri. We’d happily come back.

The owner was warm and genuine, and I’m grateful for how kind she was. We found a peaceful place between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, with around ten spacious, clean pitches behind a tall privacy hedge. They’re unshaded, with electricity and water hookups but no camper service. The restrooms were impeccable. Guests can use the clean, well kept pool for free and relax on loungers in the large shaded garden. Parking costs €30 a night, and breakfast is available to book for €8 each. There’s no restaurant, though you can buy good wine. A calm and peaceful stay, highly recommended.
