Podere Serena

The owners were so kind, friendly, and ready to help with every little thing. Our four-legged friend was welcomed with unusual warmth, and I’m truly grateful for that. We also had a race to attend, so being able to use the washing machine was a real joy. The place is surrounded by greenery and feels peaceful and serene. One small thing to improve: there was no soap in the bathroom or for washing dishes. To be fair, they kindly brought some when we asked. It would have been nice to have it there already, but it’s a minor detail. I’d definitely return. Lovely people, and it feels like home!

Everything in our apartment was perfectly equipped, and the whole property was spotlessly clean, lovingly maintained, and a dream for people who love animals and dogs. Serenella and her husband Sauro were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We’d love to come back!

A beautiful pool and a large, well-kept garden make this a great place for families with children. The apartments are spotless, and the owners are always available to help with whatever you need. It’s my favorite place for a real Tuscan holiday, with peace and quiet among olive groves and maritime pines. Highly recommended! 10/10

We had a really relaxing stay, and the location made it easy to explore the coast and nearby villages. Marina di Castagneto’s beaches are only a few kilometers away, with Baratti and Populonia about 20 km off. Podere Serena sits among the olive groves of the Donoratico countryside, with a peaceful pool for warm afternoons. The apartments are spacious, nicely renovated, and have private gardens. Serenella and her husband keep the whole estate spotless, and they’re both so kind and welcoming. It feels like a little piece of paradise.
