B&B La Collinese

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty to choose from: milk, coffee, yogurt, jams, butter, fruit juice, snacks, and homemade treats like Margherita cake and apple strudel. Mr. Maurizio also welcomed us with a drink and shared useful information and resources about the area's geography and places to visit. The B&B sits among the romantic hills of Pavia and is thoughtfully run by two wonderfully helpful people. Our room felt clean and welcoming, the bathroom was private, and the heating was just right. A place worth visiting, and one I'm sure you'll remember fondly.

We spent New Year's Eve here and had a wonderful time. Maurizio and Ornella are fantastic, and the B&B feels warm and welcoming as well as beautiful and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and although the bathroom is small, it was cozy and had plenty of towels. We also had private parking. The food was excellent, and the famous Oltrepo wines were fantastic too. Prices were very fair. We'll definitely be back, highly recommend it.

The view is enchanting, and the place is spotlessly clean. We're here for two days and today is only our first, but we've already had a divine wine at last night's welcome drink and a wonderful breakfast. The gentlemen have been incredibly kind, and the manager is an impeccable guide. Fantastic!

We had a lovely stay and thought the value for money was excellent. The manager was really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. It did feel like there was a little too much going on, though: lots of Marilyn Monroe and clutter, so we didn't have space for our things. I also wasn't sure what the photos of the owners as a couple had to do with us guests. 😀
