Hotel Castello worked well for us, especially with a bus to Siena nearby. The staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was great too. We’d happily come back.

I was surprised by the low rating. I came with my husband and our three girls, and we loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious, reception stays open 24/7, and the people there are super nice. There are a few good restaurants nearby and fun things to do, like the thermal baths. We'd love to return.

A pleasant stay, with a clean, comfortable room, very friendly staff and a nice breakfast you can have inside or out. Having a restaurant downstairs is handy, though it closes on Wednesdays. The bathroom and air conditioner could use some updating.

8/10
The buffet breakfast was very good, and there are a few nice terraces to sit on. My room was large and comfortable, with a fridge, two bottles of water, a telly, good WiFi and good air conditioning. The hotel is about 1.5 km south of San Rocco a Pilli. Reception was friendly, and the guy I spoke with spoke very good English. There’s a bar, but no wine, and the restaurant was marked "closed for reservation".

The food was delicious, and our room was clean with a stunning view. We had a great night here, and the staff were so friendly.
