10/10
The peaceful atmosphere and handy parking were definite pluses. It was easy to get into the center of Catanzaro, too. At Benny Hotel, the staff were kind and very helpful, always ready to lend a hand. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. I’d happily recommend the hotel and come back.

The hotel was beautiful, warm, and clean, and breakfast was fabulous. It’s also well placed for the old town, which is within walking distance.

8/10
Benny Hotel worked well as a break in the middle of a trip, and I’d stay there again. It’s half a mile from the town centre and historic castle, with free breakfast and an impressive dinner. The en-suite bathrooms have vegan-approved soaps. The place feels professional, and it has laundry facilities and free WiFi. The WiFi was a little spotty even in the plush foyer, so it might be difficult for heavy internet users. Still, it’s good value for money. Room service and the minibar are both cheap. Recommended.

A cool three-floor hotel, rated three stars. The staff were very good, and there’s a big car park.

It got uncomfortably hot in the room because they switch off the air conditioning overnight. Breakfast was just mediocre.
