The balcony view at breakfast was lovely, and the breakfast itself was top-notch. I had a great time at this cozy B&B and can really recommend it. The owner is super friendly and speaks good English. Grazie mille.

We only got to stay one night, which was a shame. The property is lovely, breakfast is excellent and clearly made with care, and the prices are extremely fair. A heartfelt thank you to Moreno for being so kind and welcoming and making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast service is even better than at a Michelin-starred bar! Though it's classed as a B&B, it feels more like a "hotel," with a kind of human contact I've never had at other places in the same category 😊.

We used this as a one-night base for Rocchetta Mattei, about a 30-minute drive away, and it was a great alternative to a hotel near Castel d'Aiano. The multi-room apartment felt private, with well-furnished, clean rooms and private bathrooms. There's also a shared breakfast room that can double as a TV and reading room. Breakfast was a real highlight, with sweet and savory choices and handmade food expertly prepared by the owner. It exceeded what you'd usually get at a 3- or 4-star hotel. Definitely worth stopping here if you're in the area.
