One night we even saw a wild boar (cinghiale), and the views behind our rooms were great. The Appanines are an interesting area, and we had a wonderful time here. Valeria was extremely kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and beautiful, and breakfast was great, especially the homemade cherry jam and excellent coffee. I heartily recommend this agratourismo. PS: For a great meal, we drove to nearby Tole and ate at the Albergo Stella restaurant. Don't miss it. One of the best in Italy.

You can spend the day relaxing in the garden among the quiet and sounds of nature, or head out on the trails. The view over the valley is panoramic, and the property is surrounded by flowers and chestnut trees. Coming in from the little road off the main one, we felt a welcoming energy, with the chestnut trees almost embracing the place. Valeria, the guest, was welcoming and helpful. Excellent value for money too. Highly recommended. 😍🥰😜

The rooms are lovely and welcoming, and Valeria is warm and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with pastries made by Valeria. Surrounded by greenery and chestnut trees, this is a beautiful place to relax. I'd come back.

We stopped for two nights at Valeria's place while cycling the EuroVelo 7. The garden and views were wonderful, and the accommodation was fantastic, clean and well looked after. It was easily the best stay on our route from Brixen to Florence. It's easy to reach by bike from Modena, and Lake Suviana is a great next stop. Valeria was warm and welcoming, showed us around herself, and soon had us enjoying homemade cookies and cappuccino. Breakfast was delicious and generous too, with Parma ham, cheeses, homemade pastries, yogurt, juice, bread and cappuccino. A perfect place to stay.
