The staff were very friendly and ready to sort out any problem. Breakfast had a good mix of sweet and savory choices. We slept in the residence, where the soundproofing wasn't great, so we could hear people above us.

We were there for four nights during the Rice Festival in Castel D'Ario, going out to eat and dance each evening. The property was well maintained, and we were very pleased with our stay. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price. Our room was clean and was thoroughly cleaned every day by Mrs. Marinella. Mrs. Sara welcomed us warmly and was extremely helpful; Bianca at the front desk was also kind and friendly. Sara made us feel especially welcome with tips on evening activities and places to eat. Many thanks to her and the rest of the staff. We stayed from May 15th to 18th, 2025, and would definitely return to this delightful place. I highly recommend it. Best regards, Maurizio from Rome.

The room was simple but very comfortable, and the owner, Sara, was extremely friendly and kind. Breakfast was a buffet with both sweet and savory choices. Excellent value for money.

We stayed one night while passing through and would happily come back. Although it's a little out of the way, Verona and Mantua are easy to reach. The rooms are small, but lovely and really clean. Staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive to guests, even the four-legged ones. The breakfast buffet was small but excellent.
