We were only able to stay one night, which was a shame, because we'd gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend Le Civette. Even in low season, the service at both the hotel and restaurant was top quality. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Our room was very nice and well equipped, and the restaurant was cozy, with good rustic food.

Everyone who comes in is made to feel welcome by the wonderful staff. We had an amazing experience at this hotel. HIGHLY recommend booking with Residenza Storica LE CIVETTE. You won't be disappointed! :)

The managers also run a nearby pub/restaurant, where Rino and Emmanuelle took such good care of us. Definitely the best place to eat in Castel del Monte :) The property is right in the town center, just across the road from the gates to the old city. Our room was spacious, with a comfy bed and fluffy covers. There was plenty of hot water and the shower pressure was strong.

The rooms were clean, nicely designed, and reasonably priced. Our two hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we asked for soy milk for our cappuccinos, one of them went straight to a shop to get some. Later, at the newly opened bar, which has a great beer selection, we were offered a taste of the host's homecooked dinner. A wonderful little B&B.

We only managed to stay one night, sadly, but we'd happily come back. The hosts were the nicest you could imagine, and both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were excellent.
