Residence Terre Gialle

We spent two days here in January, and the property was still very well kept, with greenery all around. I can imagine it must be beautiful in season when the flowers are out. The apartment was clean, comfortable, warm, and fully equipped. Everything was organized well, self check-in was convenient, and the owner was always available. The town center is just two kilometers away on a paved road, so it’s easy to reach, but this is a place out in nature. If you expect to step outside straight into shops or crowds, it won’t suit you. Those who like a quiet green setting near town should appreciate it.

We stayed over Christmas, despite the mixed and sometimes skeptical reviews, and this was just our personal experience. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and stayed warm the whole time. The countryside location just outside town, yet only a stone’s throw from the shopping center, gas station, and town center, really made a difference for me. The lake around the property, the stream, and the dry leaves still on the trees made Christmas feel different from other years. Thank you to Mr. Valente and his heartfelt staff!

The apartments were hot, with no air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Maintenance was poor, the furnishings were old, cleaning was lacking, and the building felt neglected. The price didn’t match what was provided. Very disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The apartment smelled bad and was dirty. The dishes were broken and dirty too, and the sofa bed was filthy and unusable. It had only about 2 cm of foam to sleep on, so we couldn’t use it. The owner also tried to pressure us by saying she wouldn’t refund our money unless we left a five-star review. In short, avoid apartment st.41.
