Rooms 78

This was a horrifying stay, and I came back with back pain, a fever, and a cold. The room was a shop window covered by curtains, with street lights, traffic, and people chatting outside all night. Freezing air came through every corner of the window. The walls were plasterboard, and the space was shared with the neighboring “rooms” and people on the street. We booked two nights. The first was freezing because there was no air conditioning. The next morning we asked them to fix it, but the response was rude and arrogant, and we were blamed. When we returned at 6 PM, the hot water was out too. We got only a partial refund after asking again, barely enough to cover the place we had to book elsewhere at the last minute, and no apology. This was a street shop turned into a B&B, and writing this is shocking. The owner was shameful, rude, and disrespectful. Stay away.

The location is excellent, the B&B is spotless, and the staff are very kind. There's also a great bar where you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We'll be back 😊 I recommend it to everyone 😊
