Scoglio

The Casentino mountains were beautiful and quiet, though our late November visit was too chilly to make use of the generous outdoor space. We’d booked two apartments at Fattoria de Toscani with friends, and both had been renovated beautifully in a lovely Tuscan style. Right from my first call with the owner, I got a sense of how welcoming they’d be, and that feeling held up when we arrived and immediately felt at home. We only stayed one night, which was far too short. We’ll definitely come back.

A lovely spot if you want to get away from city life and properly unwind. The owner was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. It’s also a great base for visiting lots of the Casentino villages. I’d happily recommend Fattoria de Toscani for all of that!

We had a Tuscan holiday we’ll remember for a long time, and we’d love to return. Our dog Poldo will be especially keen to see his feline friends again! The farmhouse made a great place to unwind and explore the nearby villages. Maria Laura was always around when we needed her, very attentive and ready to help with every request. Manu and Vale

Up on a mountain, the apartment is a little remote, and the drive involves steep, narrow roads. But it’s wonderfully quiet there, with a beautiful view. The place is cozy and can sleep three, though there were just two of us. Laura was an enthusiastic, lovely host, and her husband and children were friendly too. Thanks, Laura. See you next time!
