The cake they made for our wedding was incredible. People are still talking about it, and I still want that recipe! 😂 Alessia was so welcoming to our guests and worked closely with our planner to make sure everyone was looked after. The dinner service was seamless and professional, with great attention to detail. And the venue itself was beautiful, with lovely photo spots everywhere and a magical feel from the moment we arrived. They made our day so special.

The views are amazing, and the location is wonderful. Staff were friendly and service was good, plus breakfast was delicious. The rooms are a little dated, but perfectly fine. Parking took some care on the hill, though there was enough space.

Everything else was excellent, especially the breakfast and its view, and the price was very good for what we got. The only thing that wasn't quite right was the bed, which was two single beds instead of one double.

We had a lovely Lake View room in this charming old Hotel, renovated in the Superior Class. The service was great, and the location near centro historico was really nice. Feels like the best for your buck, and a great pick if you're after a slower, nature-filled stay in Castel Gandolfo 🥰🥂

You can tell the hotel is beautiful, but it seems to operate as an event venue. Staff were busy getting ready for events, eating in the restaurant, or having coffee at the bar, and they looked at us angrily. We felt very unwelcome. There was black hair all over the room, even at the breakfast table. The restaurants only open for events, and breakfast was still a letdown, with cold eggs, tasteless croissants, and coffee from a machine.
