This place was so beautiful that honestly, it was hard to leave. With a car, it’s also a great base for many must-see sights in Rome. We were tucked away in a quiet, safe little oasis above the Lago Albano madness, with lovely views of the lake and Castle Gandolfo. Ivan and his wife were great hosts, quick to help with whatever we needed, including advice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable for two, and the room worked perfectly for a stay of several nights.

The owners were incredibly lovely, and they even arranged a free day for us at the beach club, which was great. We had such a wonderful weekend, with a gorgeous place and an amazing breakfast. Walking by the lake to get to the Castello takes about an hour, and it’s a beautiful walk.

It was so peaceful there, with lovely energy, and Ivan was welcoming and accommodating. He helped us with our whole trip. The place was very clean and breakfast was great. We’d definitely come back one day.

The scenery and views are stunning, and it really feels like a countryside escape by a beautiful lake. It’s still easy to get around, and close to fiumicino airport. The owners are such a nice couple, and their charming little B&B is cosy and stylish, with super comfortable rooms. They’re very accommodating too. I MUST go back someday.

The house and the view are beautiful, and Yvon is a really nice guy. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place.
