Tenuta Colfiorito was the setting for one of our best holidays. The hilltop property is lovely and peaceful, even though it’s very close to the highway exit. We especially liked the charming garden and trees. Our apartment looked just like the pictures, was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked well, and the kitchen had new accessories. There was even a lovely welcome basket with water, juice, milk, pastries, coffee capsules and more, plus a nice little gift from the orchard. Everyone was so kind. Thanks to Alessandra for making us feel welcome, and to Sandu for all the tips about nearby sights, places to eat, parking and more. It’s a little gem in the Lazio area, and we’ll definitely return!

The apartment had a comfortable, rustic feel and great a/c. The gardens and surrounding area were beautiful, with a pool and lovely views too.

Hadrian's Villa and Villa d'Este are nearby, and the location itself is fantastic, surrounded by olive groves and breathtaking views. The apartment was clean and well-furnished. Outside, the spaces are huge and meticulously maintained. The pool is on the small side, but it’s in great shape and, during our stay from August 12-15, was almost exclusively for our use.

It’s a nice little place just a short distance from the capital, with fresh air and a clean, well-kept setting. Nothing luxurious, but there’s a well-lit parking lot. The entrance is a little awkward because the sign is hard to see, though the place is easy to find. I can’t comment on the catering since I don’t know whether it’s run externally. Worth a visit.
