B&b dimora silvestri

We stayed with friends about a month ago and found the B&B quiet, comfortable, and well placed for exploring the city on foot. The property is new and well maintained, and the owners were very kind and available whenever we needed them. We'd definitely come back.

Getting around was easy: the metro is a 10-minute walk, and there's also a bus stop right down the street. The B&B is brand new and spotless. We booked the room with an en suite bathroom, which was huge, but its single split unit didn't heat both the room and bathroom adequately. There were no bedside tables either. I really liked the fragrant linens and the minibar, which was fully stocked for a fee. I already raised those two issues with the excellent managers, and if they're addressed, this place would be top-notch. The building is somewhat run down, though that's not the property's fault.

The rooms and bathrooms were newly furnished and very clean, and the location was excellent, around 10 minutes from Via Toledo. Mrs. Susy and her husband were cheerful, friendly, and so helpful. We had a small issue with the rooms that wasn't their fault, but they dealt with it right away and fixed the inconvenience. It was a real treat to stay here, and I'll definitely return on my next trip!

The inside of this B&B is nice, though the building exterior and stairwell aren't much. It's on a busy road, so traffic gets noisy if you open the windows. There's air conditioning, so you can keep them shut. The bathroom looks very new, but there's nowhere to hang a towel. The hot water tank won't stretch beyond three people showering, though each shower can be quick. The other room's guests used it all despite the written warning, so we ended up with cold water. Thankfully it wasn't the middle of Naples winter. Breakfast could be better too, packaged croissants don't feel right for a B&B.
