The location, views, rooms, and B&B itself are beautiful, and we loved the setting. At check-in, though, the young woman spoke very little, didn't show us our room or explain breakfast, and then left. We didn't see her again that evening or the next day before we left. There was nobody in the kitchen, no food, and not even water in the fridge. Our stay felt like a wonderful bed with no breakfast or staff around to ask for anything, so calling it a Bed and Breakfast didn't match our experience. We still recommend the place, but bring your own snacks, drinks, or food. The nearest restaurants are down the road, too far to walk.

Ilaria was wonderfully kind and welcoming, and I highly recommend staying here. The property, room, and amenities all came as a lovely surprise, especially the pool and access to the shared kitchen. I found the place by chance while searching for somewhere to visit Rome without the city's hustle and bustle. It's in Castel San Pietro Romano, one of Italy's most beautiful villages and a filming location for Bread, Love, and Fantasy.

We stayed here from July 20th to 24th, 2020, and had a wonderful time. Our room had a small terrace facing the valley, with a stunning view. The place was quiet and beautiful, and both the room and the whole property were clean. We especially appreciated the plentiful, excellent breakfasts and the kindness and helpfulness of the person who looked after us. We visited local sights from here, including Palestrina, its wonderful archaeological museum, the Temple of Fortuna Primigenia, Tivoli, and Castel San Pietro Romano. I'm sure we'll come back to this splendid place.
