Behind a very plain brown street door, we found a terrific place and good value. Termini’s main concourse is just a 20-second walk away, while the metro and main bus stops are under a minute from the door. The hosts were friendly, polite, professional, and helpful, and the room was spotless and cleaned daily. It also came with a safe deposit box, a fridge, and air conditioning.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Termini. The room was modern, clean, and well equipped. Check-in was quick and matched the email instructions; the receptionist even helped with our bags and showed us to the room, which is on a different street from check-in. I’m not sure what the other review’s safety concern was about: there are four locks or gates before you reach the room, and there’s a safe inside it too. We had a really good experience, completely different from the review below.

It’s right in the city center next to the railway station, where we arrived from Ciampino airport, and the metro is there too. The room was clean and nice, with Wi-Fi included. The area felt safe. Great location, and I’d recommend it.

The place was basic but very clean, and the service was great. Still, getting there from the train station felt scary enough that I considered booking somewhere else. I wouldn’t say it’s great for a woman on her own.
