The breakfast was incredible, with homemade cakes, fresh orange juice, and a huge plate of ham. It was the best of our four-week trip. We also enjoyed a lovely morning walk with the dog, taking in the far-reaching views and passing through vines on the sloping hills. We stopped here for one night on our way back from Greece, and it was a great find. Dinner was wonderful too. The pasta was just right, and the meat dishes we picked were enormous and very well cooked. Our room was bright and clean, a little small, but with a good-sized bathroom.

Be careful about which roads you take to this excellent restaurant in the hills above Castel San Pietro. Some routes are treacherous, and Waze or Google may not point you to the safest way there. We went as a large group and shared several antipasti, all of which were excellent. We skipped the Primi and went straight to Secondi e Carne, and everything we chose was just as good. The desserts were terrific, and the Lemoncello was served perfectly cold. Our group thought it was the best we'd had during our time in Italy. The staff were courteous and professional, and could speak some English. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

I don't like wine at all, so I didn't expect to enjoy a tasting. But I'm really glad I went. The place is amazing, and you can tell they care deeply about making wine. Go visit!

Tasty food at this local restaurant, and if you sit outside in the garden, the view is great.

The food was excellent, the service outstanding, and the quality was high throughout. I'd happily recommend it for any occasion.
