The staff were so kind that when I forgot to pay for public parking in front of the hotel, they went out and bought a parking ticket for me so I wouldn't get fined. I was really happy with my stay. The rooms are nice, parking is easy to find, and the location is convenient. Breakfast had some delicious cheese options, too.

Our group of 12 used the bar area for our own happy hour twice. They don't offer a happy hour, but we brought our own alcohol, and the hotel chilled and uncorked our wine and provided plates. They were very accommodating. The location is great, with lots of bistros within walking distance. The laundromat is about a 12-minute walk away.

We loved our stay in Castelfranco. The staff were professional and gave excellent service, and our room was clean, comfortable, lovely, and well designed. The location is perfect, easily the best in town. Underground parking was a big plus, though it gets a bit tight with a larger car. Breakfast was good, but the selection could use a little improvement. Highly recommend!

A lovely, clean, stylish hotel with a great breakfast and generally friendly staff. I travel a lot, and the checkout interaction felt suspicious: the receptionist said the credit card payment from three days earlier hadn't gone through and asked me to pay again. I showed him the payment had been made correctly in my phone app. He backed down, but gave no apology or explanation. Otherwise, it would have been five stars.

Alla Tore is a great base for visiting Castelfranco Veneto. The rooms are comfortable, with nice views, right in the town center. Check-in and checkout were smooth, the service was friendly, and breakfast was quite decent.
