A terrible stay. At 8 PM, after more than 15 minutes trying to sort things out with the owner, his response was essentially to throw us out. We had a nine-month-old baby, two elderly people, and it was 1°C outside. He wouldn't fix the problems or find another solution, and didn't apologize. We'd never been treated like that in a hotel or tourist apartment. Was it unreasonable to expect heating and extra blankets in the middle of winter, with overnight temperatures dropping to minus 3 or minus 4°C? The blankets on the beds were so thin we couldn't sleep under them, and there were no extra blankets or duvets in the closets. We tried to turn on the heat, but after five hours in the cold, the temperature had gone up only from 14 to 16 degrees. After I don't know how many messages, the owner turned up five hours after check-in and rudely insisted the heating was working. The TV didn't work and had no regular channels. When we asked for help, he said, "I don't know, everyone who comes touches the menu." He ruined our vacation, and we had to go home. Fortunately, we lived 200 km away. Otherwise, would we have had to sleep in the car? They opened the door remotely, but no one welcomed us, explained the house, or offered suggestions about the village.

A really good apartment with large rooms, a lovely bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended.
