The shower was broken and wasn't fixed or replaced while we were there. The wardrobe was damaged too, and breakfast was rather poor for what you'd expect. Our room was tiny and seemed to have been made from an old utility room or warehouse. It faced right onto the main road, so the noise was constant and deafening, day and night. We couldn't get a proper night's sleep. For the price we paid, especially in August, the service fell well short of expectations. The value for money was absolutely inadequate. A decidedly negative experience. Run away!

I had to switch rooms three times during my eight-night stay. The third was fortunately much cleaner, but the sheets still weren't satisfactory. In the second room, cleanliness was better than in the first, but the bathroom was tiny and had only a bidet located inside the toilet. The first room, on the second floor, had towels stained with blood, squashed flies on the walls, and so much dust on the sheets that sitting on the bed sent up a "tsunami" of dust. Every morning, just opening and closing the door for a second was enough for the room to take on a revolting onion-like smell. Then, at the end of this obscene experience, I was charged €1.30 for a coffee I hadn't drunk, which the hotel said someone from my room had consumed. If you want to stay somewhere filthy and wake up smelling onions, you can go there.

The rooms were shabby and hot, even with the air conditioning, and the manager seemed friendly only until you pointed out something wrong or said something about it. The private parking turned out to be a tiny plot surrounded by weeds, insects, and dust, about 1 km away. It's within a municipal parking lot, which makes getting in and out by car a hassle. The location on the town's main street is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful. Those were the only positives. Highly not recommended.
