The food Fabio makes is delicious, authentic, and clearly prepared with care. He's a real talent in the kitchen. He was also so kind, helpful, and passionate about what he does. From the moment we arrived at Villa Edwige, he made us feel at home and was there whenever we needed anything. His hospitality is rare. The property is set in peaceful, relaxing surroundings, just right if you're looking for beauty, rest, and a warm welcome. We had an unforgettable stay and will definitely return. Fabio is highly professional, and the whole experience was extraordinary. From beginning to end, everything went smoothly. I rarely find a place that exceeds what I expected, but this one did. Congratulations, I recommend it to everyone. A unique experience worth having.

The welcome from Fabio was so warm, and the other guests made lovely company. We had a generous board of local cured meats and cheeses, followed by delicate eggplant parmigiana and meat ragù with fusilli Fabio had made by hand. There was picanha (a type of bread) with new potatoes, then homemade Colomba with figs and walnuts and excellent mascarpone cream. We spent Easter sipping Aglianico among the greenery, with the blue sea in the distance. Great service and value. I'd happily come back.

Fabio has real passion and professionalism, and makes you feel at home while serving exceptional food. We came at the end of August for dinner and an overnight stay. The place is charming, spotless, and carefully put together. The price felt fair for the service, and I can't wait to return.
