Villa Tina

We were two families with four kids at Villa Tina, one of the two houses on the property, and there was plenty of room for everyone, along with lots of thoughtful touches. Tina and Federica were such considerate hosts, and we got to try Tina's delicious homemade wine and olive oil. The huge pool was a hit, while the gardens, vineyards, olive trees and the rest of the grounds felt beautiful and peaceful. There were quiet corners to step away from the group, plus a basement with table tennis and other things for rainy weather. We loved Santa Maria di Castellabate and the Cilento around it. It feels less touristy and more authentic and natural than other parts of Italy, while still having what you need. The local beaches, including the town beach, are very nice.

Federica was such a welcoming, helpful host. The villa is huge and has all the facilities, and the place feels like a little corner of heaven.

A lovely property, kept super clean.

Villa Tina felt like another world, even though Santa Maria itself seemed poor and dirty. We were five families with children, a loud and loving Polish bunch, and had two houses and the pool to ourselves, so we had everything we needed. The garden was beautifully cared for, with a turtle pond and poultry behind the fence. Around us were a lemon orchard, barbecues, a palio and more. The hostess often brought us fresh eggs and fruit from the orchard. The housekeeper was kind and discreet, and the villa was maintained to a high standard. Beautiful! I recommend it.
