Maria made our week here really relaxing. She's a lovely, warm-hearted Sicilian woman who does her best to make guests feel at ease and create a homey atmosphere. She also gave us advice on getting around and finding good local spots and restaurants. The rooms are basic but pretty, cleaning is good, towels are changed regularly, and basic body wash products are always available. Breakfasts are rich and varied. The stay was very affordable too, which helped make our holiday such a pleasant experience. If you're after a simple, easygoing B&B while exploring Scopello and the surroundings, I definitely recommend it.

Breakfast prepared by Maria was incredible, and I felt so well looked after at her place. The B&B is right in the center of Scopello village, and I loved that it forms part of a piazza. The room was clean and basic, and had window screens, which are a very rare feature in Italy. They cleaned the room every day, which was nice :)

Maria had a friend looking after the property, I think, and they were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great too. After hiking in the nearby nature reserve, it's easy to find a meal and a drink to numb the leg pain, since the place is right among Scopello's restaurants and bars. I'd recommend Nettuno for food and Scopello Bar for drinks and granita or ice cream.
