Casa Francesca 2 Lofty

I thought I was booking the attractive apartment shown in the booking.com photos for a few days, but what I got was a different place at a different address, number 25 instead of 21. Calling it a storage room seems more accurate. All three rooms faced a busy road and had no windows. The only opening was the front door, and whenever it opened, exhaust from cars, motorcycles, vans, and small trucks came in. With no Wi-Fi and no phone signal inside, it was very inconvenient. Road noise was constant, so resting was difficult. The washing machine looked so old and rusty that I didn't want to use it, the curtains by the entrance smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and cockroaches appeared at night. I accidentally stepped on one. I don't know whether a place with no windows should be used to host people at all.
