We made ourselves at home in the Zaffiro apartment. We stayed for a whole month, from October to November 2019, and it was absolutely wonderful. Franca was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The top-floor terrace was a good size, and we ate breakfast and dinner out there almost every day. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos, with plenty of storage, and everything was new and worked well. We had all we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen for cooking most evenings. There's a fresh pasta shop around the corner. What a beautiful place. Thank you, Franca!

Topazio was a handy base for our four nights as a couple, close to the center and the roads out of Castellammare. We found both paid and free street parking a short walk away. The apartment was clean, bright, and had what we needed for a short or medium-length stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

It could be a really nice vacation home with better upkeep. We stayed two days and had nothing but cold showers. There was a musty smell when we arrived, and the beds weren't especially comfortable. The second bathroom had no bidet, though one could have been added to the dual-purpose toilets. A bit more care and attention would have made a difference.

Ivan, the property manager, was friendly and helpful, and gave us some excellent advice. We spent a week at Casa Topazio and found the place charming, welcoming, and thoroughly clean. The rooms are airy and spacious, and it's just a short walk to the center of Castellammare, with other tourist attractions not far away.

We stayed a week in one of the apartments and were really pleased with the furnishings and how clean it was. Mrs. Franca was very kind and helpful.
