The grounds and homely pods are full of character and beautifully cared for, with each pod having its own outdoor space. The people running the place clearly care about their guests and the experience they have.

The bungalow is under a huge tree, so there’s plenty of shade and we didn’t need air conditioning even in late June. It had everything we needed, and the tent in front was perfect. The staff were excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. I’d highly recommend it for couples or families. I’m very grateful for such a pleasant stay.

The gardens and patio outside the bungalows were nice, the staff were pleasant, and even the resident cat was sweet. But the heat was intense, and the air conditioning caused constant discomfort. We’d been told repeatedly there would be air conditioning, but instead there was a standing unit in the living room. Its large hose had to go out the window, letting hot air in, and the unit wasn’t powerful enough to cool the space. We couldn’t turn it off at night, so we had to sleep with its constant noise. The bungalows sleep up to five, but there’s no door between the rooms, so this setup suits families with kids who don’t mind sharing space all the time. It didn’t feel like good value. For €500 for four nights in such a small space, with that noisy fan unit, the price felt steep. I’d have rated it higher if it were cheaper or had proper AC.

Casper drove us around and was a big help 😊👍🏼. The apartment was basic but clean, with a balcony, and it’s within walking distance of the beach. There are barbecues you can use, but you’ll need to bring your own coal.
