Room 401 had a stunning view, and it was spacious, clean and well looked after. I also appreciated the fridge and electric shutters. Breakfast, dinner and the bar drinks were all great, and there was another fridge at reception. I was here on my own for seven nights. It’s an easy 15-minute walk downhill to the seafront and about 20 minutes to the train station. The town worked well as a base for Sorrento, Capri and Pompeii, with an easy train ride from Naples Central. Francesco, the owner, greeted guests himself each morning and evening. Enda, Rafaello and the rest of the team, both front and back of house, were friendly and made me feel welcome over a longer stay. I’d be happy to come back and spend more time by the pool and in the garden. A huge thank you to Francesco and everyone for a wonderful stay.

The only things that bothered me were having to pay for the pool and the location. I hadn’t realized there was an abandoned building right in front of my windows. Even so, I had a wonderful holiday at the Europa Hotel. The rooms were clean, the furniture was high quality, and the staff and patron were cheerful, helpful and welcoming. It’s a really good hostel, and I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay, thanks! The hotel grounds were beautiful, and everyone on the staff was kind, especially Francesca and Francesco. It’s well placed for visiting the local ruins, and the train station is a short walk away for trips to sorrento, pompeii and naples. :)

We got here late and pretty worn out, but the staff were warm and gave us useful information straight away. The beds were comfortable, the AC was really cold, and the location was handy for transport. They also had plenty of connections for rentals and rides, which made this a good base away from the bustle of naples / Sorento. We happened to be here on a bank holiday and were treated to drinks and a chance to sing live music. It was a lovely experience. I’ve stayed in several major European cities, and nowhere gave me even close to this level of hospitality.

Breakfast could have had some fruit or yogurt, but the staff were lovely and our rooms were clean. My school group was here for two days, and the dance evening they organized for us, with a DJ and music, was amazing. This was definitely the best hotel of our whole road trip. Thank you, with love from an enthusiastic student.
