Le Rève Apartment

We spent a weekend as guests of Mrs. Emilia and Mrs. Anna. The apartment is very spacious and bright, with a well-kept interior. The price was excellent for what was provided. There’s a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and electric kettle. With a bathtub in the bathroom and two large bedrooms, it works for two families with small children or families with older kids.

A stay here is impossible when they confirm your reservation verbally, bypassing the advertising sites, then cancel at the last minute because they forgot to block the date I booked. They came up with a thousand very rude excuses, including a meaningless “non-payer,” to justify the poor service caused by the property’s bad management. A real shame.

The bathroom was the worst part: after the two people I was with had showered, there was no hot water left, and the room had no heat either. The apartment itself was cold, with just two air conditioners and no heaters despite its size. Nights were noisy, too. I paid expecting breakfast, as you usually do at a bed and breakfast, but never saw any. I’m disappointed.

For the price, it was well worth it. We were there in summer, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver. The apartment was very basic, though, and the shower water kept swinging between too hot and cold with no way to adjust it.
