Rodoflor B&B

Fantastic.

The B&B is on the second floor of an older building that doesn’t look especially appealing from outside. Once you’re in, though, it’s all elegance and cleanliness, with lovely attention to detail. The location is excellent, steps from everything, and the free Wi-Fi works very well. Service is always available but discreet, so you feel cared for throughout your stay. The rooms are clean and well stocked. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, and it’s all sweet food. The staff bring as much as you want, and the homemade cakes are good, but it’s a shame there are no cold cuts or cheeses. Credit to this family-run business: their care and dedication make you feel pampered, even far from home.

Roberta was very kind and helpful. The location works well for getting between Pompeii and Sorrento, with the Nocera and Castellammare train stations just a short walk away. The rooms aren’t very soundproof, but the neighborhood is quiet. Wi-Fi is free and breakfast is included.

My girlfriend and I spent eight nights at B&B Rodoflor, from August 9th to 17th, 2018. The owners were very kind and available for questions, even by phone. Our room was spacious, welcoming, and very clean, with air conditioning and a hairdryer; towels were changed every other day. Each guest gets keys to all the doors, so you can come and go whenever you like. Breakfast was Italian-style, but very simple and limited. The owner’s homemade cakes were good. I’d swap the pre-packaged croissants for fresh ones. Good value for money.
