Martina and her team deserve a big thank you, they made us feel so well looked after! We had a lovely stay and would happily recommend the hotel. The location was great, the rooms were spacious and lovely, everything stayed very clean, and the service was amazing. Everything felt just right :)

The property needs work. The mini-fridge was empty and switched off, and the air conditioning was faulty and extremely loud. I’m unsure whether the person managing the place is an employee or the owner, but he was extremely rude. On the phone he immediately called me “your,” shared unwarranted confidences, and was aggressive and offensive. I don’t understand how the rating can be above 9. Hospitality and politeness were nowhere to be found. Avoid this place.

We stayed an extra night, so here are photos of the other room. Superb! Arcobello B&B lived up to the photos and reviews: clean, quiet, welcoming, and well placed for visiting nearby sights. Marco greeted us and was attentive and helpful. Excellent value.

Marco made us feel at ease right away, and was friendly and helpful. The B&B itself is simple but well cared for, comfortable, quiet, and has all the comforts. It’s in a handy spot for getting to nearby places, and parking was easy to find. You can walk to the historic center, which has plenty of places serving excellent local food. Definitely worth a visit for the good value.
