Everything was wonderful during my stay here with my boyfriend, who is from the area.

The room was spotless, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. We spent a week in Puglia at this B&B after friends recommended it, and had a wonderful time. It’s also a great base, about 25 minutes from Alberobello, Polignano, Monopoli, and the other places around. I highly recommend it.

The location made it easy to visit central Puglia, and the local roads were in good condition. We stayed in mid-June and got a surprisingly refreshing evening breeze. The rooms were good, with a huge bathroom, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Mrs. Maria and her son, Tommaso, were so kind. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh cow’s milk rather than milk from a carton, and superb croissants. We loved the outdoor table, though you can also have the whole room if you prefer. Everything was so beautiful.

We stayed from August 9th to 12th. Tommaso and Mrs. Maria were very kind and courteous when we first arrived. After the first day, though, things went downhill. We asked for clean towels and were told the linens only get changed after 3 days, which seemed absurd since the website says the room is cleaned and sanitized every day. There was less than half a bottle of shower gel, too. The room felt cramped with three beds placed here and there, and one had clearly been squeezed in because it was a sofa, not a bed. The worst moment was the last day. My wife was brushing her teeth when we heard knocking behind an inside door we thought was a closet. It actually connected to Mrs. Maria’s house, and she was accusing us of wasting water as if she were right there with us. It felt like we had basically slept with Mrs. Maria. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I went out to ask what was wrong, and she looked annoyed and called us wasteful. I don’t think that’s any way to treat a customer. I’ve just read the lady’s response, where she dares to judge my children, one of whom is autistic, among other things. If I were going on a luxury holiday, I certainly wouldn’t have chosen you. And did I owe you anything? I don’t think so, because I paid what you asked. All we asked for during the stay was clean towels, which we never got, and you dare call my children “new blood in Catania’s degradation”? So I’ll say this: learn how to treat your customers properly. Now I’m the one suing you for slander and defamation. We’re good people and trust the law, contrary to what you think, dear lady.
