The room setup was the main problem for us. We’d booked a triple for two adults and a child, but the child’s bed turned out to be a foldable armchair, so we didn’t use it. The bathroom was clean but dated, and the shower had a folding wall instead of an enclosure. It folded against the bathroom walls, probably to save space, and made it hard to get in or move around. We’d never come across that kind of shower in Italy or abroad. We asked to change rooms, even to a double, as long as it had a normal enclosed shower. The hotel said they were full and insisted the shower was standard, without understanding what our concern was. The reply felt very stern. They didn’t apologize or seem interested in our feedback, which was disappointing customer service. A simple “we are sorry” can go a long way. We stayed one night and paid 108 euros. Breakfast was very basic, so we just had coffee and went out for breakfast. Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

The service was excellent, and the location suited us perfectly. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and they were serviced each day.

The staff were cheerful and friendly, and the rooms were nice. We only had breakfast at the hotel. It was a simple cold buffet, but that suited us fine.

A quiet, clean hotel with capable staff. The restaurant was more than excellent, and we had a really good experience. We’ll definitely go back.
