It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot in the hills above Bologna. The rooms are in an old farmhouse that’s been renovated while keeping its natural character, and the place itself is lovely. The staff are genuinely friendly, and they serve homemade, traditional Emilian food. If you want somewhere quiet to unwind, this fits.

We really needed a break, and this little place on a cool Bolognese hill was just right. In spring the hills are bright with flowers, and there are woods and wine trails within walking distance, with the famous badlands all around. The traditional food was delicious and felt wholesome. The friendly, helpful couple who run the agriturismo made it a lovely escape from the city. Highly recommended.
