The food was pretty good, though there wasn't much beyond carbohydrates. The price was fair, but room service was mostly absent, so bring your own towels if you book. We stayed on a school trip, and the place was full of loud Germans who seemed unaware of their surroundings. Hair dryers and TVs were broken, the plugs didn't fit the sockets without adaptors, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working either.

Castello di Fiemme is a charming village, though the hotel is a little way from the ski slopes. The spa and pool area are great, and there's a spacious dining room and a relaxing area. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and generally clean for a four-star hotel. The food was great, and the staff were very kind, especially the waiters, who gave guests their attention throughout.

We booked a room for four, but were given one meant for two, with a couch pulled out to serve as two extra beds. We had no room.

The restaurant serves plenty of food, almost too many dishes, and sometimes the Secondo had too much meat. The hotel was good enough, with a typical Italian spa section.

The food was incredibly bad. During our four-day stay, breakfast was the only thing there was to eat. The waiters were just as unwilling as the food was bad.
