The pool area was clean and nice, and the water was warm. Our room was clean too, although the old bathroom needs renovation. We'd chosen the hotel after seeing the online photos, but the room we got didn't match what was shown. This was an out-of-season visit, and after I commented on it, they came to explain that the hotel had been bought four months earlier and they were actively working on remodeling it. Under the new management, they're doing their best to improve the place.

The price was good, and we're definitely coming back. The staff were very helpful, the beer was always cold, and everything we ate from breakfast through dinner was tasty. It was a perfect getaway.

We arrived late without a booking, but the reception staff were so accommodating that they prepared a room just for us. After a lovely dinner and a quiet night in a very comfortable bed, we had a terrific buffet breakfast before setting off on our Dolomites cycling tour. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We also learned that it was their last day open, with the hotel closing the next day.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean, though the furniture could do with an update. The staff were genuinely kind and gentle. It's a family hotel in Castello di Fiemme with a snack bar, restaurant and indoor pool. No luxury, but good value for what we paid.

The staff were very helpful, and the food was good. There’s a pool, sauna and function rooms, and the rooms are excellent. A good all-round hotel, worth a visit.
