The place itself is beautiful and idyllic, and could have been lovely for relaxing. But the hostess made the atmosphere unpleasant by treating every little thing like a serious breach and sending us awful messages. Starting on day one, we were repeatedly accused of breaking rules, even though we genuinely tried to follow them. The issues were trivial. She said we had too many devices on the internet, although we only used Wi-Fi for WhatsApp and Spotify. She also complained that we used the pool too often and for too long, despite us following the rules and using it properly. On the first day alone, we stayed in the pool until 8 pm, an hour past the 7 pm limit. A polite reminder would have been fine, but instead she sent disrespectful, harassing messages, while other guests were also using the pool late. We immediately agreed to get out by 7 pm after that. She even threatened to involve law enforcement, which was the last straw. Nobody wants this on vacation. She never tried to speak with us in person and just kept messaging. Beautiful setting, unpleasant experience, so only 1 star.

The owners are friendly and helpful, and the products are excellent. With its welcoming house, well-kept garden, and superb pool, this is a beautiful place surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It works well for families and couples. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely return if I get the chance.

Beautiful vineyards and olive groves nearby, and the location makes it convenient for exploring Tuscany. The facilities are comfortable and nice, and the hosts are wonderful. A great place to unwind. Highly recommended.

We had a dream week here among vineyards and olive groves. It's a peaceful little haven in the heart of Tuscany, well located, quiet, and very clean. I highly recommend it.
