We had a wonderful three nights at Borgo Argiano. The gardens were gorgeous, with so many things in bloom, and the grounds are stunning. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, though it looked beautiful overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped, with kitchen basics, tasty snacks, fresh fruit, and a few things to tide us over between meals. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows and extra blankets we didn’t need. The shower had good pressure, and the bathroom had a nice hairdryer and amenities. Split vac air conditioning kept the apartment cool during the heat of the day, and it was quiet, so we slept very well. Everyone at Borgo Argiano was fantastic, especially the manager, Francesco. He kept in touch and gave us helpful suggestions for activities and dinner. There’s a small village about 1KM away for groceries, and several vineyards and great restaurants are a 10-15 minute drive. The lounge was another lovely place to spend time, with delicious espresso, breakfast pastries, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. It was a lovely stay with incredible hospitality.

We had groceries waiting in a cupboard and the fridge, plus coffee and breakfast items laid out each morning. The wine tasting was fabulous, and the pool was beautiful. Dario and his staff welcomed us when we arrived, and throughout our June 2025 stay they treated us with such warmth that we felt like family. The whole property is stunning, from our apartment to the amazing view. We stayed at a few other hotels on the trip, but this one was the best. When we come back to Italy, we’ll stay here again. Francesco gave us a private tour and was wonderful, with so much knowledge about how they make their wine. He answered every question and explained each wine and its production in detail. The place itself is picture perfect, just like the Italy you imagine. They also hold beautiful weddings and have apartments for overnight guests. We only wish we’d had time to stay there. We hope to come back with family. Unforgettable, and we’re grateful for the hospitality, the insights, and the fantastic wine. Don’t hesitate to book a stay, tour, or wedding. Thanks again to Francesco and your manager for one of our best experiences!

As wedding photographers and filmmakers, we’ve worked at some enchanting venues, but Borgo Argiano has a special place in our hearts. The team’s care and attention made the day run smoothly, and they treated us thoughtfully as service providers as well as the couple and their guests. The estate’s calm atmosphere, authentic architecture, vineyards, and olive groves made a lovely setting for capturing joyful moments. Its manicured gardens and warm interiors have real Tuscan character. For couples planning a Tuscan wedding, Borgo Argiano feels like a dream setting. It’s very close to Siena, so the area’s history and culture can be part of the celebration too. We hope our images give a sense of the place’s magic.
