We booked one night with breakfast after I compared a few places on Booking.com and read the reviews. Joy Living stood out for its very positive feedback, so I got in touch and spoke with the owner, Giordano. He was kind, easy to talk to, and helpful, and quickly found us a good option at a reasonable price. There's a proper refrigerator at the entrance, with separate sections for each room. It's not a mini-bar, and we could store our food there. Our quadruple room was large and had air conditioning, a TV, and a hair dryer that was actually a good one, not the standard type. The bathroom was spacious too, with a heated towel rail and a roomy corner shower. The property has every comfort you need. Breakfast was generous, with lots of pastries, fruit, juice, yogurt, and cereal. You can ask for savory food too, freshly prepared by the amazing Giordano. Cleanliness was an A+. As a clean freak, I always inspect and clean the room before settling in, but everything was impeccable here, including the well-kept common areas. Free private parking was another plus. If we're ever back in this area, we'll stay at Giordano's again. Their humility really touches your heart. Best compliments, and see you soon.

The property is practical and functional, with everything we needed, and the host was kind and helpful. We especially appreciated the private enclosed parking, which felt safe and was very convenient for visiting the area's many amusement and adventure parks. It's a great base in Sandrà and the surrounding area.

Staying at Joy Living was a real pleasure. Giordano, the owner, is warm, polite, and welcoming, and makes guests feel like family. The place is extremely organized and 100% clean. It has none of the distant, impersonal feel of a larger establishment. The location is perfect, and I'd recommend it. My only criticism is that the bed and pillows are a little low, though that's just my personal preference. Everything else was truly excellent.

Four of us stayed during the last week of July and had a wonderful time. The rooms were immaculately kept and breakfast was excellent. The owner was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. It's also in a great spot for visiting the parks near Lake Garda. Thanks, Giordano. We'll be back!
