Le Querce Apartments

The owner handled the renovation noise next door thoughtfully. The first day was awful, but he told the workers when we’d be out, and they kept the loud work to those hours, which made the rest of our stay fine. We really appreciated that. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and a good fit for our family of four, with two bedrooms. It has gas heating and air conditioning, and there are enough cleaning supplies for a weekend. Bring your own for a longer stay, as we did. The beds are a bit firm, though I prefer that to what we find in many places. The pillows could be improved, and there weren’t enough water glasses, but neither was a big issue. There’s a designated parking space, and you can wash clothes there too. Gardaland is a short walk away, and the supermarket and lovely Peschiera del Garda are a few minutes by car. We’d definitely come back.

It’s quiet and well placed for both the lake and Gardaland, with easy parking. The apartment looks nice and the views are okay. We did miss having an oven, and a few more pans and kitchen utensils would have been useful.

You can get around the southeast area easily from this spot, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach. For a nicer walk by the water, Pacengo is worth the 15-minute stroll. Gardaland is right next to the small village of Ronchi, and the €22 evening ticket from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM is well worth it. The house has three apartments, with simple, modern furnishings. The bathroom is newer, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, but there were very few utensils, cutlery, pots, or pans. They kindly brought us another pot when we asked, thanks for that. The place was quite noisy, unfortunately. We also didn’t have any contact with the owner for advice or anything similar.

Gardaland is just a five-minute walk away, and there’s private parking at this self-contained apartment. It has the essentials, including air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and TV, and would work for families with kids too.
