I spent a relaxing weekend here with my family in apartment no. 6. It has a small garden and is furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Even though Gardaland is practically across the street, the residence is very quiet. The apartment had been mentioned in earlier reviews for hot-water problems, but those seem to have been fixed by installing a boiler.

Apartment 6 is on the ground floor and has a nice private garden. The rooms are comfortable and fairly new, and the house has what you need for a quiet, practical stay. It’s in a well-kept, quiet residence across from Gardaland. Parking is in a private garage, and I saw a pool for residents’ exclusive use, which I believe is open only in summer. The hot water is the problem. Apartment 6 has a 50-liter boiler, so two of four showers run cold while three of four people are doing dishes. A boiler that size clearly can’t supply hot water for four showers, which is a serious shortcoming in customer service when the apartment is rented to four people.

We had everything we needed for a stay with two adults and two kids, and the place was surprisingly peaceful despite being right across from Gardaland. I’d happily recommend it.
