Villa Montenero

The villa is a handy base for both Lake Garda and Verona, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We spent three nights at Villa Montenero in late July 2025 and would gladly return. The garden and nearby vineyards are lovely, and the clean pool is a good size for relaxing. Breakfast isn’t provided, but delicious coffee and biscuits are available throughout the day. You can bring your own food and eat on the veranda, with plates, cutlery, and other essentials available. There’s also an electric vehicle charging station on-site. Our room felt fresh and spacious after its recent renovation, with a clean, modern bathroom. The beds were comfortable, too.

We only got to stay one night at Villa Montenero and wished it could have been longer. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the villa had a peaceful, charming feel. Our room was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. There’s a great pool, and the location in Cavalcaselle is close to Gardaland and other attractions. Highly recommended 😍

The pool was clean and well looked after, and the place itself was quiet despite being only a few minutes from Gardaland. Our room was nicely decorated and cleaned every day. Breakfast was tasty and there was enough of it. We had a great stay, with no complaints.

What made the difference for us was having a manager who really cared. We asked a million questions before arriving and got all the answers we needed. During a very uncertain time, the manager waited until the last possible moment to charge us for the rooms. The villa is a great size. We had seven of its nine rooms, and they were clean and welcoming. The outdoor and pool areas are beautiful, and parking is right by the entrance. The location worked perfectly for us, with a supermarket just a five-minute drive away, which helped with the younger kids.
