I had a very bad experience at this resort hotel. It was old and extremely dirty, and the staff were very bad. The hotel wasn't clean, breakfast was zero, and the area was too noisy and uncomfortable. The owner was very bad too. I couldn't stay any longer and ran away from the hotel. Please, nobody should book this place.

The hotel has a nice landscape. You can get to Roma by Cotral bus and train in about an hour. The waitress was friendly, and my family and I were happy there.

The owners were welcoming, and I liked the building's interesting architecture. Best of all, the balcony felt like an observation terrace with an amazing view. The location is really nice, though the place needs some maintenance.

The place is far from Rome, and we had to bring our own slippers, shampoo, and other essentials since none were provided in the room. The elevator was confusing too: for the second floor, you have to press 1, and reception on the ground floor is button 3. Our room was freezing until they eventually fixed the A/C. Breakfast was just tea, cheese, pickles, and bread, if you can call that breakfast. We stayed on December 31 and January 1, 2023, and the bathroom was a disaster. The shower and washbasin were nothing like the bathroom in the photo. The whole experience felt like a big joke!

The bartender was super friendly and polite, and the cocktails were really good. We also had some delicious handmade snacks. We stayed for one night in a big room, with a nice hot tub. Such a beautiful place with an amazing view, definitely worth a visit!
